Subscriptions
SPARK subscriptions are managed through Apple in-app purchase. You can restore purchases in the app and manage or cancel your subscription from App Store settings.
Delete account
If you want to permanently delete your SPARK account, open the app and go to Settings, then choose Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email support for help.
Safety concerns
If you need to report a user or raise a safety issue, use the in-app report and block tools whenever possible. For urgent help, contact safety@sparkfit.app.
General troubleshooting
- Install the latest version from the App Store.
- Restart the app and sign in again if a session looks stale.
- Check iOS permission settings if camera, microphone, photos, or location features are not working.
